Gold & Gems offers complimentary standard shipping through Australian Based Couriers on orders above $49. All orders are processed Monday through to Friday. Delivery times within Australia Metro areas: 3 – 7 business days,Regional areas: 5 – 9 business days Metro Areas include: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, and Adelaide. Please note Gold & Gems does not deliver to P.O Boxes as all deliveries require a signature upon delivery. Returns Policy Conditions of Sale

● Earrings are not able to be returned due to hygiene & safety (COVID & Disease)
● 14 days exchange policy to same value or store credit may apply
● For exchange, goods must be in original condition with no damage, scratches or signs of wear. All packaging and certificates must be returned and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
● Claims stating goods are faulty or wrongly described must be made within 14 days of sale or such further time as is reasonable with regard to the terms of any manufacturers guarantee and any warranties implied by legislation – please send enquiries to admin@gngandco.com
